1. 我们不收集数据
本应用不运营任何后端服务。我们没有服务器来接收或存储你的信息，因此开发者不收集任何个人数据或用户内容。
2. 你的内容流向哪里
当你聊天、发送图片或文件时，这些内容会从你的设备直接发送到你在 App 内自行配置的模型服务商 （例如 Anthropic、OpenAI，或任意你填入的 OpenAI 兼容服务商），使用的是你自己的 API Key。 这些数据不经过开发者的任何服务器。第三方服务商对这些数据的处理，受其各自的隐私政策约束，请参阅你所使用服务商的政策。
当你使用「MCP 工具」时，App 仅通过 HTTPS 向你自己运行的 MCP 服务器发送工具请求，开发者同样不参与其中。
3. 设备本地存储
- 凭据（API Key、访问 Token、SSH 密码 / 私钥）仅存于 iOS 系统钥匙串（Keychain），绝不写入明文磁盘，也不上传任何地方。
- 会话历史在设备本地以 AES-GCM 加密后存储，主密钥保存在钥匙串中，且不随 iCloud 备份外流。
- 删除 App 即清除上述全部本地数据。
4. 语音输入
语音转文字在设备本地进行（系统支持端上识别时），音频不离开你的设备，开发者不接触任何音频。
5. 不追踪、不广告、不分析
本应用不包含任何广告、第三方分析或追踪 SDK，不收集设备标识符，不会跨 App 或网站追踪你。
6. 权限用途
- 麦克风 / 语音识别：仅用于语音输入（端上转文字）。
- 相册：仅用于在聊天中由你主动选择并发送图片。
这些权限仅在你使用对应功能时按需请求，可随时在系统设置中关闭。
7. 第三方
App 在你主动安装「技能」时，会从公开代码仓库（如 GitHub / Gitee）拉取纯文本的 Markdown 提示词文件。 此过程仅下载文本、不下载也不执行任何代码。除此之外的第三方仅为你自己配置的模型服务商与 MCP 服务器。
8. 儿童
本应用面向 17 岁及以上用户，不面向儿童，亦不会有意收集儿童的任何信息。
9. 你的权利
由于我们不持有你的任何数据，无需向我们申请访问或删除。本地数据完全由你掌控（删除 App 即全部清除）； 发送至模型服务商的数据，请依据其政策行使你的权利。
10. 政策变更
如本政策有更新，我们会修改本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。重大变更会在 App 内或本页面提示。

In short: MyCode AI is a pure client app with no developer backend. Your content is sent directly to the model provider you configure, using your own API key. We do not receive, store, or access any of your data, and we do not track you.
No data collection. We operate no servers and therefore collect no personal data or user content.
Where your content goes. Messages, images, and files are sent from your device directly to the model provider you configure (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, or any OpenAI-compatible provider you enter), using your own API key, and never pass through any developer server. Those providers process the data under their own privacy policies. "MCP tools" send requests over HTTPS only to a server you run yourself.
On-device storage. Credentials (API keys, tokens, SSH secrets) are stored only in the iOS Keychain. Conversation history is stored locally, encrypted with AES-GCM; the key lives in the Keychain and is not synced to iCloud. Deleting the app removes all of this.
Voice. Speech-to-text runs on-device (when the system supports on-device recognition); audio never leaves your device.
No tracking / ads / analytics. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not collect device identifiers.
Permissions. Microphone/Speech are used only for voice input; Photo Library only to let you send images you choose. Requested on demand and revocable in Settings.
Third parties. When you install a "Skill," the app downloads a plain Markdown prompt file from a public repo (GitHub/Gitee) — text only, no code is downloaded or executed.
Children. The app is intended for users aged 17+ and is not directed to children.
